Well, the time has come to say goodbye to this blog. I will not delete the content, but I am moving on in life and am incorporating all of my passions, not only frugal vegan food into my next adventure.My new blog address is:

On a side note, in the next 15 months I am planning a trip to Oregon. I am going to visit my oldest and very best friend in Ashland then I'm going to rent a car, make a trip to Portland and then take a scenic photographic drive down the PCH ending up in LA! I would love to meet up with many of you along the way! I'm planning for Sept of 2011....
