Blue Cheese! I used to make this at my last job for the salad bar. It tastes very much like I remember it. I am still tweaking the recipe a bit and want to see how the flavor develops over the next couple of days before posting.
.. but it was certainly great on my salad.
Along with a cup of my Caraway Dill Split Pea Soup I think this rivals my Creamy Tomato Basil Soup and Grilled Cheese lunch last week!
