over here. I had some 20 Minute Chipotle Split Pea soup in the freezer that I defrosted along with some Chili, cooked brown rice, oats and flax. The mixture was pretty wet, so I baked them in the oven for around 45 minutes and let them cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet. This helped to hold them together.
I topped them with all the fixins including my Low Fat Vegenaise Alternative. For less than $2.00, I got 8 big burgers!
