What are your favorite ways to eat lentils?

Oh, I must confess . . . I love red lentils, but I am not a fan of "ordinary" lentils. Alas!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE lentils! All I've tried are the regular "ordinary" variety but I can't wait to give red lentils a shot! They cook up so quickly it's great for a fast meal after work! I think a soup is next on my list.
