  3. What kind of vegetables do you think would most benefit from this method?

    1. Most of them.. if they are larger pieces.. Like florets over cuts of broccoli.. I was able to get good flavor from the small frozen onions and peppers... frozen brussels sprouts are awesome too.. butternut squash (pieces not puree).. I wouldn't try roasted frozen spinach or kale .. or peas .. baby carrots maybe..? turnips probably..
